I feel like absolutely everything is minimum $20 a person. Where are your cheap lunch ideas

Hi! I received the pills in the mail about a week ago but I am afraid to start day 1 as I don’t know how it’s going to make me feel and I don’t want it to make me ill.

I am also starting a new job on Tuesday and don’t want to feel sick then. Am I being ridiculous? I keep reading people say it makes them way too nauseous or actually getting sick and so I am worried it’s going to affect my ability to function properly.

Do I wait until I have a few days off?

edit: I was prescribed 4 mg every other day through hers and I’m also nervous to be starting on such a high dose!
