Is it ready to be potted in soil?

I’ve read that the sooner you put the plant in soil, the higher the chances for it to survive are. Is it ready?

While I am at it, what are those white marks on the roots? Thank you all in advance!

Do you have any suggestions?

Thanks in advance

ACO membership and reserved area access

Good morning to all of you, just a few days and we go racing!! I'll be arriving on saturday with my girlfriend and, since we do not have camping tickets, i was thinking about getting an ACO membership and buy the access to the reserved areas so we can leave bags, take a shower, ecc. Is this something feasible in your opinion? Is it worth it?

It's my first time at le mans so i am quite unsure. Furthermore, i've read that starting this year you can not buy ticket online. Do i need to get the membership first to be allowed to buy them? Thank you all in advance

Which island for first time visitors? 6 days available

I'll be travelling to thailand in august for the first time with my girlfriend for 15 days. After spendin the first week in the north part (bangkok/chiang mai/chiang rai) we will go to visit the islands in the east part. Since we will be staying for 6 nights, we were thinking about doing 3 nights in Koh Samui and 3 in Koh Tao.

What do you think about this plan? I see some people suggest to skip Koh Samui, or to maybe switch it with koh pangan. Is it better?

I'd say we are not "party people" but enjoy some easy nightlife while still being able to relax, snorkel and explore some wild locations.

Need suggestion on what to pack for sleep as a newbie

Hi all,

This will be my first time ever to le mans and in general to a 24h race. I originally bought camping tickets but decided to sell them since we will be staying only during the race (i originally planned to arrive on thursday, but due to work i'll arrive friday night in paris and saturday morning at le mans).

What are the sleeping options like at the track? I was thinking about bringing a camping chair and a towel to watch the race / sleep a bit. Or maybe a hammock is a better option? Is it "safe" to sleep without having to be worried about your backpack etc?

What would you suggest is the better setup / must bring to have a nice experiene?

Thanks all in advance and see you soon!

Constant lower back pain, how can i solve this?

I have been working out consistenly for a year now, and I am almost 3 months in with the P.H.U.L. split, which i quite enjoyed.

I've always struggled with lower back "pain" but recently it has become worse, it never goes away basically. It might have been due to improper form on deadlift or excessive weight, but i am not sure. Additionally, in this last year i trained very little abs/core (yes i realize now how dumb that was).

I would like to change approach while keeping the Upper/Lower x2 split to start focusing on (hopefully) healing my lower back, posture and so on. How would you approach this? are you currently following a similar schedule? Did you ever experienced this? Did it go away?

Comprare casa o investire e andare in affitto?

Ciao a tutti, vorrei chiedere un vostro parere in quanto io sono un vero neofita. Breve recap:

  • circa 20K da parte liquidi
  • 3/4k in crypto

  2. Andare in affitto: Investire i miei attuali risparmi e andare a vivere in affitto appena possibile, mettendo in pausa l'acquisto della casa.

Quali sono i pro e i contro delle due scelte? vi siete trovati in situazioni simili?
