“Normal” foods to try

I thought my husband would only want cold things very small pasta, etc. but he cannot sustain on that and on surgery day already had Mac and cheese with shredded chicken. What else were some good go to foods that were hearty enough to sustain you and feel like a meal so I’m not just repeating Mac and cheese or mashed potatoes?

Thank you!

Products for coolant on face

My husband works in a manufacturing plant and the coolant / oil generally doesn’t bother his skin other than on his face.

What are the best products to wash it off as it generally just ends up hurting when he tries to wash it.

I’ve also seen barrier creams mentioned but is there specific barrier creams as, as a woman at least most of what I see is like beauty products for skin barrier.

Lastly, any recommendations to get it completely out of hats as he has so many hats that literally burn if he wears them for a bit even after washing since he’s worn them in the plant so much.

Thank you!!

Best Cleaning Dishwasher

Hello,

What is the best cleaning dishwasher you can vouch for? We are so tired of handwashing every dish before putting it in the dishwasher. I understand a rinse but if you leave sauce on a spoon or plate, our current dishwasher is likely not getting it off.

Of course I’d love for it to be long lasting and budget friendly but I honestly don’t care about much else at this point if it allows me to just run a dish under water and put it in and fully trust it’ll be clean when it comes out.

Edit: I can assure you we have tried all the recommendations before. We’ve lived with this builder grade dishwasher for 5yrs and it has sucked from day 1 before it had ever been used before. Just wanted to know what the best purchase is next.
