Sample size: 4k job postings from the career pages of the firms, classified into 6 categories:
- HFT / Latency
- Quant Research
- Strats / Algo
- Risk & Portfolio Construction
- PM
- Engineering & Platform
Excluded: any back office, sales, and compliance roles
