I ordered an uber share yesterday to take me from Sunnyvale to San Francisco (about 50 minute drive) and when the driver came to pick me up everything was fine then he asked me and the co-rider were we were both heading to. The guy next to me said palo alto and I said San Francisco. The driver said "oh San Francisco, I can't take you there I don't have enough time, my 12 hours are almost up. I can only take the guy not you." I was very confused and he said that after 12 hours if you don't take a break on the app you get cut from accepting any rides. He dropped me off in palo alto were the co-rider was at and I got charged $48 dollars. I was still 30 minutes away from my destination and I saw the driver cancel my ride and click "wrong destination drop off" i tried contacting support but it took me to an ai chat. Idk what to do cause I literally wasted almost $50 bucks
