So when did this become a thing?

So I bought tickets to see Gorillaz tomorrow in Detroit and as usual Ticketmaster sends an email the day before. Usually it'll mention construction or other traffic concerns, but this time its saying the concert is only for Residents of Michigan? Since when did they start this crap? As someone who has to sometimes travel out of state to see the bands I love is this going to be the new norm???

UltraSound+ Ranking

I feel like a decent time has passed and I can feel comfortable on where I sit on this album. Interested to see if anyone is similar to me here and spark a bit of conversation on this album as just curious to where people ended up on their favourites.

All I can say is my top 13 I listen to relentlessly and truely do love this album! Love the experimental nature and overall vibe, definitely a nighttime driving album.. almost haunting at some points like low laying fog in a city (private especially)

14 downwards just didn’t connect with me for some reason, prefer songs from other albums at that point. :)

  1. Lulu
  2. OMG
  3. Lovebomb
  4. Good Grief
  5. Private
  6. Holy Ghost
  7. Tides
  8. Planet
  9. Lil ol me
  10. Zombie
  11. Hula Girl
  12. Mute
  13. Rabbit
  14. Start (honestly from here on down I skip/dont listen to)
  15. Stupid boy
  16. Bed
  17. Mama Drama
  18. Crushed
  19. Red flag
  20. Daisy Chain

post-concert depression.

hi guys... little rant ˙◠˙

i went to the vancouver show three days ago and i genuinely think i might never recover. the nbhd has been my fav band for YEARS, and their music saved me during ages 10-14. i got my tickets in november 2025, i was in the pit with vip, i got barricade, and i was featured on their instagram x4.

hearing the songs that got me through the hardest period of my life with thousands of people, screaming the lyrics, being there... really rewired my brain chemistry.

it was the best night of my life. i've been rewatching all my concert videos and blanking out when people talk to me. life feels so empty now that the show's over, and i don't even know if i'll ever see jesse and the band live again.

alright.

bye, i guess 💔

(p.s. the photo is for reference of how close i was)

do tickets drop near the actual week of the show?

i’m genuinely dying to go see the nbhd. i’ve been trying to find decently priced tickets for months, but i’m not paying $200+ for resale nosebleeds. ATL is the only show close enough to me, and i have about a month until the show, so i’m just nervous it’ll sell out.i’d obviously like decent seats, MAYBE 100s but not that picky as long as it’s a good seat lol. has anyone bought tickets closer to the show date? like, do prices usually drop day before? or do they not drop much until day of or hours before. also are there usually still decent seats available by then? i’ve done the waiting till week of for a concert before, but it wasn’t as meaningful to me as the nbhd is. pls just help a girl out. if you’ve waited until closer to the show to buy NBHD tickets, lmk how it went!!

Nov 22 Barclays center show

Hi everybody!
I plan on attending the nbhd concert at Barclays center on Nov 22nd and have a few questions since it first time attending a concert. I live in queens and the events at Brooklyn so I’m worried mostly about how late the concert might end. Does the event start at 6 as listed or is that when the doors open? How long do the openers perform for? Around what time will the event most likely end? How long will it take to exit the building? I wanna be home by 11:30 latest. If anyone could answer my questions and put my mind at ease I’ll forever be indebted :)

The Neighbourhood VIP Help

Hi! I’m going to the neighbourhood show on dec 2nd in san francisco at bill graham, and I bought VIP because i’m determined on getting barricade—but i’m sort of unsure about how the lines work and other stuff, so these questions are mostly for the people who went october 7 at the same venue(but all answers from everyone are appreciated) I’ve been a fan for 8 years, and this is a really big event for me, so i’m trying to collect tips like infinity stones so I can get everything I want out of the experience:)

How do they line you up? Do they number you and give you wristbands? I saw some tiktoks about other venues that they lined you up and numbered you with wristbands and you could leave and come back when doors open for vips, but I don’t know if that’s the case for every venue.

Once you get inside and after the merch buying time and bathroom time is over, do they line you back up by number for the barricade walk? i’m really confused on that part.

Do I have to get there super early in the morning/middle of the night if I have vip?

Are the people in line friendly? will they hold spots for bathroom breaks etc?

One more - for any locals, how is the weather around this time?…i’m from norcal about 2h away, and i’ve been to sf multiple times so I know it’ll be cold in some sense cause it’s sf. But will it necessarily be raining or extremely cold, will I need an umbrella etc while i’m queuing?

chip chrome & monotones deluxe album

Hot take:

chip chrome & monotones deluxe is one of The Neighbourhood's best albums

these are a few of my favorites:

  • cherry flavored (stress on this one)
  • devil's advocate
  • the shining
  • stargazing
  • tobacco sunburst
  • over the influence

I know this is basically the half of the whole album but this album is so underrated. Why are the number of plays so low?

Ultrasound songs

Does anyone else feel like they could’ve added more ultrasound songs onto the setlist?? It’s an amazing album with many good songs, they played a pretty even amount from the albums throughout the tour; I just feel like some ultrasound songs deserved a live performance on rotation. Maybe I’m just nit picking and I am grateful I got to see them live; its just a shame these songs won’t get played on tour

The Neighborhood collabing with YG is so unexpected

I’m a fairly newer fan who’s mainly into hip hop and r&b but wanted to give their music a try. But seeing this collab between them genuinely surprised me 🤣 I fw it tho

So I took my wife to see the nbh yesterday...

She doesn't listen to them but she said the lead singer looked like an emo Steven Irwin and I can't unsee it. Anyways the concert was awesome last night!

Portland Show

I got last minute tickets to see The Neighbourhood live at The Moda Center, and I must say, that has to be one of the best crowds I’ve been a part of. The energy was absolutely electric and the noise levels were off the charts! 🎸🤘🔥
