Has anyone ever crafted a blood berserker axe with these mods, cruel, fools, ias, eth with repair? And were you able to larzuk the axe and get 2 sockets? This has always been one of my goals.

Loving this build so far. I am running an insight cv and have max fcr. Even with meditation I notice my mana regeneration cannot keep up. How much leech % is necessary to keep me from having to chug mana potions? Still pretty new to the warlock.

Does anyone know of a good jewelry store in Portland that does reasonable appraisals by box? I have some old vintage jewelry and pearls id like to get appraised but I am also concerned they might not all be real and then up blowing a bunch of money to find out they aren't worth the cost.

So I recently started flipping yard sale and estate sale finds on eBay for fun, and business is honestly picking up way too fast. I’m already averaging about $1k a week in sales—totaling just over $2k for my first two weeks. It's moving so quickly that I’ve actually been getting swamped and had to outsource some of my inventory to local consignment shops just to keep up with the volume.

My main challenge right now is balancing this booming new hobby with my full-time career trading options, and the bookkeeping is starting to pile up. I downloaded an online profit tracker, but I can't figure out an efficient way to transfer my eBay transaction reports into it. On top of that, a huge part of my process relies on tracking exactly what I pay for things at garage sales. Since eBay obviously doesn't track my original cost of goods, I just keep a running log of those numbers in my phone's Notes app.

I'm incredibly meticulous about tracking every transaction and keeping an accurate COGS, and while I'm having a ton of fun and want to keep this momentum going, I need to clean up the backend. Is there an easier, more automated way to sync my eBay data with a profit tracker? And what’s the best way to combine it with my manual garage sale notes so I can make sure I'm doing everything perfectly from both a tracking and tax perspective?
