So two things: one, I was moved from Great standing (was about to hit fantastic) down to Fair because two POS customers reported their packages missing bc I was forced to deliver them to their locked gate (gated community) and two, I had to return 38 packages day before yesterday bc two men attempted to rob the packages (one had a weapon) so I sped off and contacted support and told them and they said I was safe to cancel the block and return the packages.

I fear despite the circumstances they will deactivate me. And on the first issue, I appealed it bc that’s also bullshit but haven’t heard back on it yet.
