Context: A certain Random Things in PNHS Facebook group posted videos of alleged s3xuaL abu$es done by two of their faculty members towards their students.

The following is the statement given by PNHS, also available in their Facebook page:

We kindly ask everyone for patience and continued understanding as we work to address this sensitive issue responsibly and appropriately. Cebu Pacific just emailed me that my flight schedule was changed. I'll be coming from MNL to CEB and then from CEB to NRT. In the new flight sched, the expected arrival at CEB is 11:15 while the expected departure from CEB to NRT is 2:00 the next day.

• Can immigration and baggage check--ins be done within a 3 hour time frame or is it too tight?

• Can I just book an earlier a different flight towards CEB and not use the first flight? Would there be a problem?
