Promo credits removed from my bill?!

I had 3 Galaxy S22's. Traded them in March for new Galaxys through the HylaMobile service as required by USC.

I mailed all 3 devices at the same time back in April. Hyla claimed to only receive 2 of them. Now the promo credit was removed from two devices on my bill, an additional $30/mo each.

What can I do?
