Hi, I've been wanting to help people in my community for a while, specifically drug users. I commonly see drug users on the corner of my street, obviously on drugs or waiting for their supplier. My community is known for poverty and crime so they're fairly neglected and don't get the support they need. I've been collecting lots of narcan that I've been planning to give to them. The issue is that I don't know how to approach them in a way that wouldn't seem accusatory. Considering that there's many cops in this area and surveillance, I know that they're probably not keen on someone accusing them of being a drug user and are on the defense understandably. Any advice on how to make them feel comfortable? Thanks!
