I am joining thapar ECE confused between loq 4050 i7hx/i5hx and macbook air m4.

Please specify which software/programs are tough to install or are not compatible on mac.

Also please tell if gaming laptops' low battery life would be much of a problem.

Most probably buying this now, please tell your opinions on this purchase and deal. Suggest any better alternatives if they are there. Also please tell if I can reduce price further.

And most importantly is i5 good in the big 2026?

1.If it drops to around 85k during sale should I buy it?

2.during the 4th July sale where should I buy laptop from, will i get extended warranty from flipkart or amazon, if not then during sale will the prices come down on Lenovo website and offline stores too?

3.Does loq still have issues even with the newer models?
