I was gonna apply to uwc in july 2027, but my national committee has a grade requirement of 85/100 minimum on 2026 and first trimester of 2027. I think they check the final average per subject, but if my predictions are right, two of my subjects will be lower than that. For context in one subject i had all 3 trimesters under 85 and the other i had two trimesters under 85. I have a mental health prescription I could use as a justification, and assuming since I’ve been healing from that my grades will improve for first trimester 2027. But since its kind of really low, not failing or anything but pretty low, I dont know if I’ll just be immediately rejected, if I should even bother applying or if my chances are extremely low. though my EC’s and passion and essays are really strong. Any thoughts or advice?

heyyy does anybody know of any scholarship or competition you can apply to to cover an MUN’s expense abroad?? Not just the ones from conferences itself, my delegation is charging me to go as a group so i kinda need a lot, but i could earn it by bits. Or in general any competitions you win a lot of cash in, or just cash 😭😭 anything is helpful really

hey, i won global ambassador (which is the name for #1 best delegate) at the biggest MUN international conference in my country, and its my first award. i’ve been to 5 MUN’s before that, but honestly I could hardly believe it. I’m struggling to even feel happy about it cause I keep telling myself the other delegates just did it really bad (it was medium difficulty level like most of the committees but still some of them just didnt put much to it) and telling myself the awarding was just not accurate. I just wanted to know if this sort of imposter syndrome is common for MUN winners?? Also lowk unrelated but the after party was one of the best nights of my life, do most big MUN’s have that sort of celebration? I’m asking in general what that aspect is like in different international conferences
