We applied for my wife’s spouse visa in Jan 2025, the RFI came through in December 2025. It took us a while to get the police clearance etc done and they came back to us a further 3 times for RFI. The last bit of information was submitted on May 26th 2026. It’s been 18 months since the initial application was submitted. Anything we can do to help speed up the process or all we can do is wait? I know of a few people who applied after we did and they got theirs granted around April….
