SoFi CC limit increased, then closed the card "at consumer's request" days later. I never requested this

I recently got a credit line increase on my SoFi credit card. Shortly after, I got a notification from Credit Karma saying my SoFi credit card was closed at the consumer's request. I contacted SoFi, and they said I requested the closure when I did not -- this was escalated internally.

I never requested this, so I'm extremely confused about why it happened. On top of the confusion, I've now lost about $10k worth of credit line & a card I had for 5 years.

I've already reported this to all three credit bureaus and escalated it with SoFi (who said I requested the closure, when I did not. They stated they have escalated it internally) and the CFPB.

I'm trying to understand why they'd close my card out of nowhere, claim I requested it, and how a mistake like that even happens in the first place. I'm unclear on what to do going forward. I also have a bigger concern as SoFi is my main bank. I have both my checking and HYSA accounts there. If they can make an error like this on my credit card, can I still trust them with my deposits, especially since my paychecks are deposited through that account?

Cyber abuse warning & agent deletion: what is going on?

I received a warning for cyber abuse and chatgpt deleted one of my agents/chats : (

I only use chatgpt for lifestyle questions (what smart ring should I buy, rewrite this message to sound nicer, etc) and to remind me of routines such as my skin care routine, when to take my vitamins, workout routines, and random questions that come up into my head. NEVER anything malicious!!

I thought the warning was spam at first, so I sent the official open AI a message, it turned out to be real, and appealed it and they said that they stood by their warning!

There was no specification on what I did wrong, and an agent that I use daily to ask random questions was deleted. The last thing I asked it to do was to spell check an email to a company's customer service.

I'm not sure what could have triggered this warning, but I would love to know how I can figure out what I possibly did wrong to avoid repeating it in the future.

Also I'm still trying to get answers on why they deleted my chat/agent that I've been using for like the past year! 😭

Has this happened to anyone?

I would really appreciate some advice.

Warning for Cyber Abuse, what did I do?

This is naïve of me, but I didn't know that ChatGPT was looking at all my messages.

The only conversations I had today were for it to tell me my vitamin schedule, I spoke to it about potential ear piercings, and what FIFA games are going on today. And now I got a notification saying I have a cyber abuse warning? I asked ChatGPT if it was legit, and it said: "IDK I can't confirm, so probably." The email looks real, and I sent the security team an email.

I only use ChatGPT for lifestyle & sometimes random Q's questions off the top of my head, never for anything malicious!

I DID request my data this morning to hopefully bring it into Gemini. Could that have been the reason? I'm very confused
