I’ve had this bump since January. I noticed a small squishy lump after sex, and it would grow and shrink over time. Now when it’s “full,” it can be the size of an egg from my labia to the opening of my vagina. It grows when I’m aroused, and I notice that I seem less wet than normal. It never causes pain except for chafing. If I take a hot bath, it’ll reduce in size a little. It’s never been infected or gotten a head like others with bartholin cysts have experienced. I haven’t gotten it checked out yet because there has been no other symptoms, and I was reading for those with uninfected cysts most doctors won’t do anything.
