As title says, I have been hunting where i can to find this bloody jacket. If anyone has any idea what it is, that'd be much appreciated!

When I checked on June 30th, they were sitting at January 2019. As someone referred in July 2019, I was almost hopeful I'd be seen in my lifetime. It has now been updated to say Devember 2018, after having been sat at November 2018 for god knows how long.
As the title says, is there anyway to ask how this happened? Is it because of the validation exercise that they seem to have actually started? Was the January 2019 date too optimistic for them ?
Its always bad news with this service, so its another blow to see they arent just failing to get through the list, but actively going backwards it seems.
