I am coming from close to Mt Vernon and would like to attend a Mariners game in a couple of weeks and a Seahawks game later in September.

I hate driving and sitting in traffic.

I have seen that there are a couple of light rail options but I have also seen that the parking at or near these stations can be difficult. What is the easiest place to park and then take the train into the stadiums? Is this the same for visiting the city center for a day as well? Does the parking situation differ on weekdays and weekends?
