How to Let Go Recruitment

I am in the field of HR Recruitment and everyday is not fulfilling anymore.

At yung management will ask me to always step back and analyze myself.

So tiring! Am now scheduled sa psychiatrist.

I wanted to look for other facet ng HR but I cannot apply kasi mostly hanap meron experience ng training and dev or payroll. Co HR's out there, I hope this is a safe space.

Help me how to switch career or in different facet of HR

HANAP TRABAHO, PERO NO SHOW

I rarely saw this rants and sharing this to open a discussion

I do not get the sense, nag post ka na nahihirapan kang mag hanap ng work kesyo fresh grad, kesyo need experience kesyo what ever reason it may be.

That is just the start or minors pa yung ganito

Pero the worst umabot sa interview stages, saying na "need ko ng work for my family" or kesyo any situation na sasabihin to show na eager ka magkatrabaho.

This is the irony here, lagi kayo may rant na HR ang unprofessional, HR hindi marunong mag reply, HR ang nanghost. But have you asked yourself ba na you really did good?

Did you show a good behavior? Attitude? And commitment?

Sana before you post na nahihirapan ka ng work — which I know some na OA lang mag post — have self awareness.

This led to my question na do you deserve ba talaga magka-work kung ganyan pa lang sa interview yung attitude mo?
