Near-daily weed smoker for the last 8ish years. Been steadily working on moderating the last couple of years, did sober October in 2024 and 2025. I recently started taking my moderation more seriously.
Began tracking my smoking habit on this app and here’s my results from April 1st to today! Circles days are days that I did not smoke weed. I have CBD edibles and a CBD pen with just 5% THC, which I do not count. My partner smokes at home (outside), which made it harder at first, but now I find it a lot easier to resist the urge. I’ve been exercising more and eating way better. Just wanted to share my progress!
For the first time in my adult life since having my own insurance I went to the doctor. I was suggested for a transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasound, which I had on 4/24. My first bill and EOB came in with me owing $604.10. Then a week later I get another bill, with the same items and same coding, this time for $3502.60, of which I owe $2088.58. I am confused, not sure if I was double billed for the same procedure, and when I called my insurance I got talked around in circles. If anyone could shed some light on the situation or point me in the right direction of what questions to ask, that would be greatly appreciated!! Combined these bills are more than I make in a month so I’m very worried.
