I keep getting these although I've already confirmed my age and it's so annoying. They appear at least one a week. When I open it it only takes me to the feed where your go live, without letting me take a selfie to solve the problem. Does anyone know how to at least mute them so that they get out of my hair?
My TikTok keeps sending notifications asking me to verify my age to get full access, and it's so annoying! I've already submitted selfies to make them stop and then they confirmed that the verification was successful, but a few weeks ago they started all over with it again. When I press the notification it only takes me to the Go Live environment. Has anyone else had the same problem and managed to solve it? And, even if you didn't solve it, did you find a way to at least turn off the reminders?
