From memory, the baby was in a blue tulip flower and it was what appeared to be a little baby boy?
I think it had like brown hair and no bow but had its hands out like the picture, peeking over the tulip.
I don’t believe it had a full body, only a torso.
I would love to see if anyone else can identify what I’ve been looking for as I’ve tried every possible search under the sun 😅
