Anyone have experience with nipple reconstruction surgery and 3d tattooing for repigmentation?

I had my top surgery nearly 4 years ago and in the last couple years have come to regret going nipless.

I'm hesitant to go in depth about my negative feelings since this is a sub where it's a positive and celebrated thing to be nipless.

I likely wouldn't have been happy either way because I had very small, pale and flat 'barely there' nipples before surgery. So I probably would've needed medical tattooing regardless to achieve a normal looking result.

The reason I haven't got 3D tattooing already is I'm pretty skeptical about how it looks from side profile. So when I found out the other day that nipple reconstruction surgery is a thing, it gave me hope. Only thing is there's a lack of photos of the surgery emulating male nipples on flat chested people - it seems to be mostly women who had to get mastectomy with nipple removal then getting breast and nipple reconstruction - so I'm uncertain of how it would look.

I'm aware there probably aren't many of us in this boat of regretting it so much that we look into surgical options, but I thought this was still the most relevant place to ask

Help with high density, low porosity, wavy, frizzy, puffy hair?

Hi I'm hoping someone here can help! Nobody I know has the same hair type. (I'm a guy btw, my hair is just long and overdue a de-volume cut lol)

Problems: frizz, puffiness, dryness, dandruff/product buildup (no treatment so far helped significantly), scalp itchiness, doesn't hold curls well anymore

Photo 2: a few days after washing

Maintenance is a struggle and I only wash it once a week as it all takes too long. Recently been using XHC argan oil shampoo, a random shine enhancing shampoo I picked up in France, Garnier avocado oil + shea butter conditioner, and Briogeo curl cream. In the past I've used frizz controller/heat protector and a protein treatment which didn't do much, and Bouclème hair gel which sort of helped but left little gel bits that I hated. I mainly just brush in the shower unless it looks crazy. For drying, I scrunch with a microfiber towel, diffuse on warm, then air dry. I sleep with a satin pillow.

It's confusing how much product to use. I get buildup/dandruff (due to low porosity?), but have so much hair that a 'normal amount' could be underapplying (the dryness could be evidence of this?)

Normally my hair is shoulder length with some kind of shag cut. Dyed, but I don't bleach or change colours often. For just under a year, I've been trying to grow the top section long enough to tie back, but I might give up... the style I was inspired by (the anime dude half up half down look) might not suit me due to my large head circumference, high cranial top and annoying hair density and texture </3

Haircare advice and styling ideas are welcome
