i been trying reach or find store owners for my product ( Ai customer support tool) but all I'm getting is no replys on emails

( the list is made from those whom would probably buy the service)

but i found that emails doesn't work like i expected,

i tried LinkedIn but also not enough to get real users

or is it something with my own website?

mastech.live

what do you guys think any better way to reach them?

hey everyone, i been using netcup for sometime and because some problems with it's payment method and support I'm trying to find an alternative

i need something with around

2Vcpu

4GB ram

100GB storage

and good bandwidth

the budget for this server is around 5-7$ a month

i been searching for sometime and can't find something good or if i find they're unavailable/sold out

eg: hetzner

anyone got any recommendations that would be good

Hey everyone, i tried to chnage my credit card in netcup for some reason it got declined later i tried to put my old card that was used before i delete to add it the new one got declined, i contacted support and ofc after a week maybe they replied said it's a problem with my bank i checked the cards are fine and the cards are from 2 different banks and works anywhere else other than netcup i asked them to give me a extension on the renewal until we both find a valid soulation they said that i still have enough time it was the 18th and the server renewal at 22th..

and said u can pay using Paypal ( which isn't a option for me) or SEPA ( also not a valid option I'm not from the EU) or SWIFT and that would cost me 15-20$ per transaction for a 6.50$ VPS and i said that to them in a email that you need to fix your system so i can pay you they said we send it to our team

22th came and they send a invoice i emailed them again and didn't get a reply

i want chnage the VPS but everywhere i look either expensive comparing to them or people always say bad stuff about it or sold out

any idea or recommendations???

i been using netcup for around 3-4 months to host a new project I'm working on, i changed banks so i wanted to update my payment detail's (debit card) but when i try to put the new card it says card declined, even though it's working on any other websites, i tried Gpay and link , changed browsers still the same issue even tried to put my old card that was in the account said card declined.

anyone know what could be the problem and how to solve it?

I built a SaaS after 5 months of work and launched it 2 months ago. I did cold outreach to multiple stores with a demo link, but got nothing, even though I even have an affiliate program. Any ideas or tips?
