It’s 1:43 and I’m just trying to get back home from work and the high street area is absolutely jam packed. (Don’t worry someone else is dropping me home I’m not on my phone driving)

Isnt rush hour usually at 4-6 not 1:45?? This is not sustainable . This is gonna get so much worse when the rest of high street village is complete the city is NOT prepared for this.

And not to mention the whole McKee plan where they’re building thousands of new SFH homes, all the mid rises and townhomes popping up everywhere else yet there’s been just a marginal “improvement” in infrastructure. Please god help us.

There is a video about it attached to the assignment of a local professor talking about it (I got these screenshots from the video) Also, a restaurant called Ryan's Restaurant was destroyed in the early 2000s by a Debris flow incident in this area. Despite all my efforts on Google, I cannot find anything. It doesn't even seem like Ted's Creek exists, but I am sure it does. Help would be greatly appreciated!
