Tips for armpit sweat when wearing dress shirts

Hi guys! I’m starting my first post-grad full time job soon, and am worried about looking unprofessional because of armpit sweat when wearing dress shirts. Whenever I wear a dress shirt I’ll eventually have sweat under my arms without fail (in the winter too), and even when wearing polos and tshirts. Idk how normal this is (since these types of shirts are kinda tight), but I’m starting my first full time job soon and I don’t wanna be self conscious about it.

I’ve been looking into undershirts for work, but appreciate any other tips you guys might have for me. Thank you!

More and more embarrassed

Hi guys! I’m sure this has been discussed a million times, but I’m looking for some advice.

Idk if what I have is hyperhidrosis, but I do sweat more and easier than all my friends and I’m more and more embarrassed by it. I’m most embarrassed about my armpit sweat: whenever I wear a dress shirt I’ll eventually have circles of sweat under my arms without fail (in the winter too), and even when wearing polos and tshirts. Idk how normal this is (since these types of shirts are kinda tight), but I’m starting my first full time job soon and I don’t wanna be self conscious about it. It’s to the point that even when I’m getting ready to go out, right after I shower, I’ll try to move slower once I put my shirt on to not have any issues.

I also sweat pretty easily from my face, and when it’s hot outside when I’m not moving I’ll have droplets on my forehead, chin, between my eyebrows and above my lips. Idk if anyone can relate, but I can feel my head and face “overheating”.

So here I am asking for advice! I’m currently using Old Spice antiperspirant and started applying it at night rather than in the morning (started doing this 2 days ago), but the next day in the afternoon after walking outside (mind you it was 29 degrees Celsius) I still had circles under my armpits and my face was wet. I’m thinking my next step should be a clinical strength antiperspirant? I’ve also been looking into undershirts for work?

Im essentially just having difficulty between distinguishing what’s a normal VS abnormal amount of sweating, and that’s made me obsess and hyper fixate on it more and more.

Sorry for this rant and thank you!
