Do you usually have to size down on this fleece jacket? Read mixed of true to size and too big on the reviews. Does it feel too short? Thanks for sharing your opinions.
Has anyone have noticed that the workload on ahs ltc have become impossible for one nurse to manage all 30/32 people with few hca and mostly short and having to deal with acutely sick and IVs. I have been working for the last 10 years but have noticed that more and more people are complex, more needs, more customer service needs, more family demand, more documentation responsibilities with very little or no nursing support at all, breaks are paid but very lucky to sit and eat in the break room for 15 minutes in a full shift. How do the system expect 1 nurse to do it all? Nursing the last 15 years is very different from now. And it is very draining coming home from work. The exhaustion is extremely upsetting.
Anyone know any deals and freebies during the nursing week? All I have heard of was figs but looking to see if there is anything else we could take advantage of this week. Thanks in advance for sharing.
