7 more days. Ugh I’m so burned out . Autism class and I’m always having to do the most because my coworkers do the bare minimum .

I’m working in a classroom with an inexperienced teacher who triggers the kids. Like lecturing them when they are already escalated, harsh tone, and a huge lack of patience in general. I don’t want to say something because I don’t want to be considered a problem. I’m kind of hoping that a different adult in the room will notice and say something.

I also feel like the teacher doesn’t like me because of how I intervene. I’ve had to jump in and distract students when the teacher is engaging in a power struggle with them because I don’t want to deal with the meltdown caused by the teacher.

This is a fun Catan tournament coming up on Saturday in Cheyenne, WY! No prior competitive experience required, always a great time. The winner will earn a seat at the regional championship.
