Best Earbuds with Stem Design

Ok so I'm losing my mind trying to find a pair of buds. I've scoured this sub and other subs along with Google and YouTube but can't seem to find a no brainer option. Would appreciate any recommendations based on what I'm looking for:

  1. Stem design - I hate the typical bud design and need them to have the classic stem
  2. Earpieces - Silicone / foam
  3. NC - great to superb quality would be ideal
  4. Sound - would love high quality buds ideal for audiophile
  5. Price - super flexible here but ideally under $400. Practically every recommendation I see is for budget buds when I'm really willing to spend to get some that sound great and last a while.
  6. Multipoint - need to be able to connect to switch between devices (at least two)

For background, I'm coming from Soundcore Liberty 4 NC which sounded decent for a while before they began to degrade. I tried replacing them with another set of the same buds which were even worse quality out of the box so I'm trying to move away from Soundcore entirely. I've been eyeing JBL Tour Pro 2 or 3s but can't get a read on if they're actually worth it considering some quality issues I've seen in reviews.

Vinyl Mode

Had the idea that it'd be sick if there was some sort of vinyl record mode where you could maybe randomize or pick from a shelf of records to discover music with the added limitation of having to listen to each "side" of the record in full without skipping. Maybe you're able to simply flip sides or skip the record entirely, but otherwise you're locked in for a full listen.

I've been a vinyl collector for years and it really forces you to listen to albums as they were designed and meant to be heard rather than singles or big hits only. For better or worse you expose yourself to a lot of songs you may have never heard and may find hidden gems that didn't get released as singles.

I've started sort of doing this on my own a few months ago on Spotify as I've gotten back into music discovery and have been doing artist deep dives, but thought it'd be cool to have an actual feature built around discography and just music exploration in general without needing the self control to resist skipping a song you might find boring.

Should I continue magnesium supplementation

I had a magnesium blood test this week that came back as 2.5 mg/dL which is the max of the reference range from my lab. I normally take 200mg of glycinate each night before bed and wouldn't say I get a ton of mag from my diet.

Some context: I was supplementing 50k iu vitamin d weekly for a defiency up until the end of April and had a calcium level in the upper normal range (elevated slightly from my test prior to correcting my vitamin d). I also drank around a gallon of water the day before my blood draw as I was worried I was dealing with hypercalcemia and was trying to flush the calcium so a lot of my results appeared to be impacted by my hydration level (not sure if that impacts mag concentration). I've seen calcium and magnesium levels can impact each other during and after supplementation and also read mag levels in blood tests are not super accurate.

Anyone experience the same thing? I love the improved deep sleep glycinate gives me and read it can also help gastritis which I'm dealing with now so would prefer to keep taking it but certainly don't wanna risk toxic levels.

I always groan whenever I’m watching a series and see the episode I’m about to watch is a clip show. Feels like a waste of time and complete filler but you generally can’t skip the episode entirely since it has some new stuff between clips.
