First time travelling abroad without parents

Going to tenerife for a week with my girlfriend of 1 year late june. Holiday is paid and booked for but hotel offers all inclusive. Is it worth or can i add it on when i get there?

We also dont have a credit card between us so will this be an issue?

And idk what to expect so any and all advice / tips appreciated.
