Outlets have ground wire but testing as open ground.

These outlets come off a sub panel on the second floor. All the ones on the main floor show as grounded but all the ones upstairs are showing open ground. What could cause this? Anything I can do to troubleshoot as a home owner?

Attaching pictures of the sub panel main panel. The sub panel comes off the 2 30amp breakers that are switched to off on the main panel.

The summer league game is not on My24 affiliates outside of Milwaukee

I live in Wausau and not seeing it. Hopefully they get this figured out for the regular season.

Help with replacing an outlet with short wires, plaster walls, small box

Trying to replace some outlets in my 1960s house. The outlets all seem to have very short wires that were back stabbed. I’m having a hard time replacing them with outlets that use j-hooks. It’s even been really difficult to put the old outlets back on due to the short wires. They’re also 12 gauge wires which I’m finding hard to manipulate.

My first thought was to buy more wire to extend these so I have enough slack to wire them into the new outlets but I don’t think I’ll be able to fit the mass of wire nuts/wagos back into the small box. My only other idea is to make the hole bigger (by cutting through plaster walls) and put in a new, normal sized, box so I have room to junction wires for extensions. Seems like a real pain to have to do that on all 48 outlets in the house though. Any other ideas?

Trying to decide between these 2 options.

I've heard good things about the AC15C1 amps. Could get one used along with a two notes captor for the same price as an AC4HW1. Psionic audio seems to think the new hand wired amps are poorly built compared to the C1 amps. At the same time though, I like the sound of the AC4HW1 and feel like 4 watts would be much more appropriate for bedroom playing.

We ran into a weird issue during a home purchase and I’m trying to figure out if this is normal appraisal complexity or something I’m missing.

The property has two adjacent parcels (basically two lots next to each other), but only one contains a dwelling unit. The other is vacant land. They are both half an acre and zoned for the same thing.

The first appraiser started the assignment but ended up backing out. According to the lender, it was because they viewed the vacant parcel as having “highest and best use” as a buildable lot.

We’re now less than a week from closing, and the lender is trying to get a second appraisal rushed through.

What could be going on here? Should I be concerned? The lender assured me that they often do these types of loans and feels the appraiser is just being difficult.
