I’m 28M, a software engineer/full-stack web developer with \~6 years of experience (2 years freelancing + 4 years full-time, doing pretty much the same role).

I’m considering going for a Master’s, but I’m confused between an **MBA/Executive MBA** and a **Master’s in IT/CS**.

I’m more interested in career growth and better opportunities, but an MBA seems quite expensive.
For someone with a similar background, which would you recommend and why? Is an MBA actually worth it at this stage, or would a technical Master’s make more sense?

I’m looking to move and prefer Vesu, Piplod, Bharthana or Magdalla, but I’m open to other good localities as well.

I’m mainly looking for:
A studio apartment, or
A shared flat with a private bedroom.

What’s the typical monthly rent in these areas? Any recommendations for good societies, PGs, or flats would be really helpful. Thanks!
