First layer. Problems. Not smooth while normally i have a smooth first layer

I have the ke and have been printing without any prob. Yesterday i printed something and the first layer seems pretty uneven as the pla didnt stuck well while the rest of the layers came out looking perfect. Im using creality hyper pla and it had been draying for more than 8 hours.

How can i fix this and why is it happening.

Finally.

After a few months of inspirationless i finally got the feeling to finish my lord of contagion only to find i dont have yellow to finish the flames oh well tomorrow shopping time haha.

Also painted the base brass than used vallejo rust to make it look rusty.
