Seeking a Virtual Assistant Role | Bringing Years of Transferable Experience | Experienced in Operations and Admin Support

Hi there!
I'm currently making a career transition into Virtual Assistance and wanted to put myself out here.
My background has been in education, business operations, social media, executive support, and business development, and over the years I've realized that I genuinely enjoy the behind-the-scenes work that keeps businesses organized and running smoothly.

Some of the skills and experience I can bring include:
• Calendar and schedule management
• Email and client communication
• Executive and administrative support
• Meeting coordination and follow-ups
• Internet research and documentation
• Event planning and coordination
• Business operations and workflow management
• Project coordination
• Basic bookkeeping (QuickBooks)
• Social media support and content coordination
• Customer service and stakeholder communication
• Graphic design using Canva

I also spent over 10 years working with international clients as an ESL teacher, which strengthened my communication skills, adaptability, and ability to work independently in remote environments.

I'm looking for clients who value transferable experience as much as direct VA experience. I'm organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and always eager to learn new tools and processes to better support a business.

Feel free to send me a message.
Thank you so much!

Writing meetup

Hey everyone,
I know it's last minute and in the middle of the week but I’m running a Write Night at Shakespeare & Company Cafe on June 17, 5-7pm.

It’s a guided writing session where everyone writes from the same set of prompts and it's a no-pressure sesh so you don't have to be very good and you don't have to share what you wrote if you don't feel like it.

This will be my 3rd time in Paris and it would be nice to interact with locals and write with them!

send me a message if you're free on that day!
