Saw this one in marketplace and I'd like some advice on if it's worth it, 290$ bucks for both a DSi XL and 3DS XL

I just turned it on after a long time of not playing, I wanted to fix it and gift it to my girlfriend but it takes about a minute to just turn off, Even somewhat more charged it turns off after 3-5 minutes
