Given admission for Mediterranean history at university of Konstanz

I just received my admission letter today. after 9 unsuccessful applications for history in Canada and Belgium i was finally accepted into a history MA program. i’m from Iran and the embassy is currently closed and has been since the war started, and unlike literally every other Schengen country Germany has not as of this moment provided a third country for Iranians to be able to apply for a visa. What are my options? Please help me.

So i’m 26 years old, single and from Iran. I have a bachelor’s degree in English translation and almost 5 years of work experience(with insurance records to show) as a translator. According to the score calculator i have a crs of 390. I have been learning french on and off for years but unfortunately have never took it seriously and i’m A2 at best. i should note that i also have a brother in Canada who while not yet a permanent resident will likely receive pr within the next 2 years. If i obtain a masters degree will it add to my score enough to have a chance in any of the draws? (Which i am assuming will need to be the general as translator isn’t exactly an in demand profession.)

Edit: I have to add i just realized that changing the Ielts writing score from 6.5(which is what I had achieved on an academic ielts test which is about a month from expiring) to 7.0 gives me a score of 435. If i obtain another degree it pushes me to 468 and assuming my brother receives his pr by then i’m at 483.
