Hi everyone,

I’m looking for recommendations for a good doctor in Kuwait who specializes in high blood pressure (hypertension), preferably an internal medicine doctor, cardiologist, or hypertension specialist.

I’m 28 years old and have had elevated readings on and off for the past one or two years, sometimes around 160/80. I also get very anxious when checking my blood pressure intentionally, which makes it difficult to know how much anxiety is affecting my readings.

I’d like to get properly evaluated, determine whether I actually have hypertension, and check for possible underlying causes given my age.

If you’ve had a good experience with a specific doctor or clinic in Kuwait, I’d really appreciate your recommendations.

I know in Shuwaikh but I don't know what's the cost and how to get it. My dad used to buy it but now I don't know where to get it from. He used to buy like half lamb, that's all I remember.

Are there any other places that provide good vegetables and fruits at a good price?

I'm a Pakistani national living in Kuwait and I'm trying to obtain a حصر الورثة (Inheritance Certificate / Legal Heirs Certificate) after my father's death.

The problem is that I've contacted multiple places and everyone is telling me something different. I've spoken to:

- The Pakistani Embassy

- The courts in Riggae

- Translation offices

They all seem unsure about the exact procedure and required documents for a Pakistani citizen.

Has anyone here (especially Pakistani expats in Kuwait) gone through this process recently?

Specifically, I need to know what documents I need and where to obtain them, I have the death certificate but they asked me something related to Family Tree which I don't know of.

I haven't been to Pakistan in 15 years and the last time I went was few weeks ago. I really don't know these Pakistani matters.

Any guidance from someone who has actually completed this process would be greatly appreciated because I'm getting different answers everywhere.

I won't go into details because it's very hard to talk about it but I want my family to survive here and my job isn't enough. I heard many folks have online businesses here. They order bulks from Alibaba or 1688 and then sell the items on Instagram or Tiktok. So i was wondering is there a way or anyone can guide me? :)
