How much of the failure of the Colin Baker era was Colin Baker’s fault?

I was discussing this with a redditor earlier today, but it’s an interesting question. Now, I love Colin’s Doctor, but even I can see that the early part of the era was problematic. And while I blame the production team and their terrible choices for the bulk of this, you do wonder how much of the failure of the era is simply down to the actor. Colin always seems to be the one my non-friends and family don’t like, for whatever reason. Why?

80s pop song with an F-G-F-G sequence, “Holding on to the…” something

I’ve been trying to find this song for years, it must be from the mid-late 80s or very early 90s. It’s a female singer, quite poppy, 114bpm-ish, and goes (something like)

“Hold-ing on to the finer way
Will we ever find the finer way”

Or something like that (I’m surer on “Holding on” and “will we ever find” than the other bits).

The chord sequence (if you’re in C) would be F-G-F-G

Any ideas at all?

What is the chance of the exact same game of football happening twice?

I’m curious - can someone put an estimate on the likelihood of a football/soccer game happening exactly the same way twice. So from kick off through to the final whistle at 90 minutes, every movement of the ball and all players is repeated exactly, say to an accuracy measurable within the laws of classical physics.

I guess another way of asking it is - how many different possible games of football there are?

Does anyone want to take a punt at this?
