Looking for info about the future lifespan of these stairs. From what can be seen, is grinding down these stairs and putting a fresh exterior metal paint on them the solution? Stairs are close to salt water. Thanks!

Hi all. Im looking to buy a keyboard piano for the first time. This would be my first, but I plan on taking it serious for years to come. It would need to be able to be played through headphones as I live in a multi-family home. What things should I be looking for? Price isn’t a mega issue (within reason). Just looking for something that will still be as suitable for say 3-5 years from now with consistent growth. Thank you!

Hi all. I misplaced my Apex 2 and am sure it is dead by now. Is there any possible way to find it? I am semi confident it is in my house, but it hasn’t turned up in over a month. So sad. Thanks for your help!
