Apologies if this is the wrong Reddit forum to be posting this on.
I just discovered the State of Love and Trust (SoLaT) podcast, and have started listening to it from the start of the run. I am not sure if it is ACast doing it intentionally, iTunes, or what, but on many occasions, I hear the ACast ding and an ad start, midthought from one of the hosts. Is it just me, or does everyone run into this.

Has anyone else encountered an issue using WF Advisors?
My mother passed away about a month ago, and I called the broker(s) on her statement to initiate the process of removing her name from the two accounts she has--in this case, i need to provide a death certificate and fill out a form.
I called the office three times, only getting a live person once, but left a message the other two times. The person I spoke to told me they would FedEx me the paperwork. That was two weeks ago-clearly, if I'm venting on Reddit, I didn't get it. I decided to email the brokers through the WF website on Monday. I'm still waiting. I can't imagine they can leave an email sitting open that long unanswered without getting some sort of ding. I even tried to call the main WFA number, and they told me I had to do the paperwork through the agent.
Short of either a) calling and being a complete a-hole to get what I want or b)driving the hour to the office and basically shaming them, I am not sure how to proceed.
Anyone with a similar experience? Any advice?
