What are these tiny fossils - Oxford UK
Hi all my son (6) found this small rock with some tiny fossils inside. My guess would be crinoids. Any advances on crinoids. Thanks in advance.

I'm trying to service the headset bearings on Specialized Roubaix expert (2017) and anyone familiar with the future shock system will know about these 2.5mm "pre-load" bolts that need to be undone to drop out the fork.
I got this bike 2nd hand and these bolts are completely seized and stripped. Not sure how I'll ever get them out. I have some drill bits for taking out stripped bolts but I don't think it will reach far enough down into this and then even if I got them out I'd need new ones and cannot find spares anywhere online. Anyone got any advice? If all else fails I'll call my bike mechanic.
I'm doing the Dragon ride in Wales in the UK next month. I cycle a lot, I commute to work 3-5 days per week depending on the weather (or if I can be arsed). It's 26km each way. Avg speed is between 24-28km/hr. Due to being crazy busy at work right now, I'm an ornithologist who works on breeding birds at this time of year. Walk probably 10-15km a day (7 days a week) in woodland up and down hills over rough terrain. So haven't been putting in the hours on the bike lately.
The dragon ride is 300km and 4,000 metres of climbing. Is it stupid to think I can do it with so little training recently? I'm also 47 yrs old.
