Continue Degree vs Pursue Another Diploma course?

Hi I'm D(M), 24 diploma holder in HR and graduated in 2023, currently working full time to save money to pursue a degree (I hope). I would like to ask for your advice on my current situation.

Frankly, I've no passion in Human Resources and the only reason I took it was because of family pressure since it was during the MCO era. Long story short I managed to get 3.61 CGPA in my diploma. However, I still can't get any job related to Human Resources/9-5 jobs (no luck gg). So I've been working in a basic retail store until now.

I saw lots of my friends are currently on the way to graduate in degree and even pursuing better opportunities. And I want to get back in my academic golden era (lmao). Now I'm dedicated to save my salary for my degree in HR (I'm doing MUET session 3 this year let's gooo).

Now the dilemma is I'm not 100% sure that continuing a degree course that I have no passion for is a wise move or not nor starting back to square one where I pursue diploma in another course at 24 (IK it's never too late but still). And even with my diploma I can't get any entry level 9-5 jobs as HR assistant etc

My initial plan was to pursue graphic designs or any art related course like animation etc since that's my passion. But yeah things went south and atp idk what to do. Should I pursue a degree in HR or should I take a diploma in other things and start over? Need some advice

In need of career advices (1.8k monthly vs 900-1.8k++ weekly)

Hi, I'm 24(M) and currently have 2 job opportunities. The first job position is a marketing agency in which during the interview they said the job description is mainly having great customer service skills and being friendly and talkative to customers, they mentioned that it is a commission weekly based salary and it pays roughly around rm900-1800++ depending on your performance (but if your performance is top notch it can go up to 2k++). They will even provide me a trainer for solo training which is good. 5.5 days work week

The second opportunity is a normal retail job (internet plan store) that pays around 1.8k-2.2k monthly. I have yet to know the specifics of the job description (my interview for this position is tomorrow). I assume it's quite chill since it's a small store. Work 6 days a week

Here's the thing, the first position is quite far from where I live. I have transport but I'm not sure whether or not it's sustainable long term (sometimes i can use it, sometimes my parents use it) and I might need to use public transport sometimes which is fine I guess. But I'm not sure whether or not I can handle the marketing job since during the interview they pretty much only told me general info about their work but not actual details about it, I used to work at a retail store so I think my customer service skills are decent but due to how vague they told their jobs I'm a little nervous about that, they also said I might need to travel sometimes for event/booth/fundraising job activities.

While the second job is pretty close to where I live, I can walk there if I don't have transportation. I genuinely don't know what to do. If i take the first position I might be financially better than the second but the problem is the travel and I might not be as good at marketing as I thought. If i take the second position I might be less financially stable than the first but at least I don't use to spend extra things on travelling/transportation. What do you guys think?
