I am brand new T2, received little info from doctor other than “eat lots of veggies”.

So I put on a G7 the other day to see what is going on inside……..that spike is an orange theory workout.

I’m pretty sure I have it into more muscle than fat but I’ll swap it in 8 days and find a better spot.

Doctor said I’m “controlled T2” but everything I have read says stay under 5.5 on a fasted reading but I am NEVER that low unless I’ve not eaten for 6 hours.

How do I start this journey the right way? I am under 50, non smoker, do not drink, careful with food, workout 3x a week minimum, could lose 15lbs but not more than that I’d look unwell.

New Service Advisor, can we request another one?

Had a service advisor at dealership, was great! Now that advisor is gone and I have a new one. The other two advisors previously there are still there.

New one is heavy on “recommends xyz, it’s a good idea to abc” and then when you question it “I need an alignment? Car stays steady in lane, is there abnormal tire wear? Oh so no reason to do it other than it’s recommended” THEN when you shut down the up sell he reads aloud verbatim as he types in the file “client declines recommended service”

Declined/refuses can’t remember which he uses.

Do advisors get snotty if owners ask to switch to another one?
