[TOMT][CD][Early 2000s] Compilation CD with cartoon fish on the cover jumping out of contaminated water

I had this CD as a kid, probably around 2001-2003. It was a compilation/various artists disc — possibly a cereal box promo or some kind of giveaway, but I'm not 100% sure where it came from.

The cover art had a cartoon fish jumping out of a body of water, and there was a sign in the water that said something like "Danger — Contaminated Water." The art style was cartoony/illustrated, not realistic and I believe it was yellow.

The only song I remember for sure being on it was "The Middle" by Jimmy Eat World. It was a mix of pop/rock hits from that era.

I've searched Discogs, eBay, and Google with every combination of keywords I can think of and can't find it. Anyone remember this CD or have a picture of it? It's been bugging me for years and there is this one song I have the melody of still in my head but was never able to find it.

Adding a yurt to my STR property to increase revenue, worth it?

Adding a yurt to my property, good idea or am I about to mess up my main listing?

Currently operating a 4BR/2BA cabin, superhost, 4.84 stars. Property is 1.3 acres with a 40x40 pond and a wood fired hot tub. It is doing well as a rustic type listing in NY.

I want to put a 20 foot Pacific Yurt about 200 feet from the cabin. Insulated, woodstove, composting toilet, outdoor shower. Furnish it for couples. Total cost around 25-30K.

Plan would be to either list it standalone at $175-225/night, or bundle both units together for bigger groups. A teepee near me with way less amenities books at around $200/night. They seem to be doing alright in bookings so demand does seem to be there.

What I keep going back and forth on is whether having another unit 200 feet away tanks the cabin experience. People paying $200+ for the cabin want to feel like they have the whole property to themselves. If theres a random couple in a yurt by the pond I could see that turning into a 4 star review real quick.

Anyone here running a cabin plus a glamping unit on the same property? Do you let them book independently or only together as a group? Has it messed with your reviews on the main listing at all?

Trying to figure out if this is a no brainer or if I am about to mess up a good thing chasing more revenue.

Ideal fish for this spring fed little pond?

I’m building a swimming hole/fishing pond that’s around 40x40 feet minimum. Possibly a bit larger and wanted some advice on what fish to stock it with. This pond will be spring fed from a little stream that is a few feet away, not seen in the pictures.

I was thinking of stocking with bluegill/ golden shiners/rosy red minnows and a 2 channel catfish.

Would like to feed the fish with an automatic feeder as well just to be able to keep more in the pond without them being stunted.

Are the bluegill really notorious for biting stationary people in ponds?

Any advice is welcome!

Ps, planning on using a liner and filling with round river stones.

FYI, this is in the Northeast. Our winters can hit around 0 F!

Most maintenance free animal for meat

What animal is the most hands off for raising for meat if there is such a thing.

I was curious about the prospects of raising animals in a plot of land that relied on grazing and an automatic feeder.

I live in New York and cold weather / freezing water is a thing to consider. Was wondering if there are any animals that are truly low maintenance given an ample amount of space.

So far I’ve read rabbits, ducks, and chickens.

What’s the average / most of amount of time you’ve spent away from animals being raised for meat?
