Hello guys , i keep on moving between cities and work there most of them does not have this problem where the side walk doesn't exist, in Kairouan where i came from we literally walk next to cars, police will almost never confront these shop owners who take the sidewalk along side the store, what do you guys think and do you have the same problem in your city or neighborhood?
They nerfed Garen armor shred to make sure tanks auto win games, but i kept building serpants + divine sundered , black cleaver some times and crushing every nautilus, nasus, ksante in team fights and shutting them down with ult, i used to be a pc player, so im using that Erislash phaserush tactics with different build but now im very close to grandmaster(4wins) and goodluck to every one grinding out there.
If im not mistaken Garen E or Spin shreds 25% max levels with Cleaver it gets to 60% late game two items worth of armor are off tanks inventory, in team fights a champ like Ornn Ksante or Malphite are adc's now and my team kills every tank supp too, this has been op for so long i reached 65%wr on Garen, why people really slept on this and went for full ad build without armor shred , just a mortal reminder?
