I am starting on small elements for some family member’s Christmas stockings. I am hand embroidering the designs with small seed beads. They will need to be added onto a velvety type fabric once I’m done. My question is, what kind of fabric should I initially embroider on and how should I attach it to the stocking fabric? I added a photo of what our current stockings look like. TIA!
I have very recently been diagnosed but my current pcp (who is great) is a baby resident doctor. All she is aware of managing hEDS is “managing symptoms and building muscle to hold joints in place.” Not only is one of our closest friends a PT who specializes in EDS, I have several other close friends with hEDS as well. I am looking for a PCP who is EDS informed or specializes in EDS. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!!
