Hot take: love the couch

Ok not the wind couches, but the band. Hope I got you for a second there 🤣 I discovered Couch a week before the fest and have been listening to them nonstop! As a huge fan of Lake Street Dive & Lawrence, a band like Couch with their chill jazzy vibes was right up my alley. Their set was incredible, they sounded perfect live, and it was such a chill break between the other hype edm sets. They have a new mega fan in me! Hope to see more of their success 🫶🫶 and if you didn’t get a chance to check them out would highly recommend.

P.s. coochie couch rules do need to be better enforced! I’m with you all there, it’s getting ridiculous!

Meds buddy

Does anyone else’s pet sit near you and keep you company while doing your med treatments? My little guy is the best and sticks by my side even though the vest/noise confuses him 🤣

Pre-trip jitters

If you’re like me and you get pre-travel jitters, even though I’m HELLA EXCITED, you’re not alone! It’s all the planning / packing / time off work / leaving my routine that comes to a head right before we leave. Trying to stay chill tonight and channel it into excitement while we button up last minute tasks. Any tips to calm the anxiety are welcome 🫶 we’ll be back in the forest soo soon! Safe travels all!

I had an incredible medium reading session, and the person that came through was my close friend who took her life a few months ago. The medium was spot on and the experience was really healing and impactful for me. I did it by myself, as I’m into spirituality and have done a reading once before. Question is - I’m not sure if I should share what I heard in the reading with her husband, who is very logically minded and not typically into these kind of things (plus I don’t want to be disrespectful of him grieving since it’s only been a few months). Do I share with him at all, maybe wait a bit? Or keep it to myself? She did talk about him and her family members (through the medium) quite a bit during the reading.

Our dog won’t come anywhere near trash bags on the street and this one little bin in my office scares tf out of him for seemingly no reason. It’s so funny to see him slowly approach it and then get so tripped up - I try to tell him it’s ok, it’s not going to hurt you! 😆 what object scares your dog?
