I was looking at different outbound tools and saw Pond has this unique idea where you can post bounties for specific prospects requiring target ICP.

For anyone who's tried it, how does this work in practice?

Do you end up getting people that really match the ICP you described, or do you still have to filter through a lot of submissions? I'm just trying to optimize our team's workflow. We've been spending so much time working through massive databases that we're barely closing deals with our actual target ICP.

Also, are you supposed to use it as your primary outbound workflow or if it's something you only use occasionally (in specific cases).

HackerRank Assessment (45 min): Two medium problems. I got array manipulation and a binary tree problem. Others in the same cycle got a graph question instead, so they rotate from a bank.

Recruiter Screen (30 min): Background, interest in Airbnb, logistical fit. Fairly standard.

Technical Phone Screen (60 min): Live coding on CoderPad. One to two DS&A problems. Pseudocode is not accepted, code must run.

Onsite (3 rounds): One coding round (60 min). I got a graph traversal problem and a binary search problem, both wrapped in Airbnb-themed scenarios.

One system design round on designing a scalable vacation rental search service.

One behavioral round focused on Airbnb's Core Values, with lots of follow-up questions.

Made it through the full BofA IB analyst process as a new grad this cycle. Final round done, waiting on the decision.

Phone Screen: One call, background and behaviorals. I kept Cluely open next to the call and checked it on the longer answers.

In-Person Interviews (banking division): Everyone mixed fit and technical, in different ratios. The fit side was the standard three, why BofA, why investment banking, why you.

The technicals stayed on valuation and accounting. We started with how the three statements link, then a DCF walkthrough. We also did an LBO at a high level and finished on public comps against M&A comps. I had a recent deal prepared and no one asked for it.

Update (compared notes with other applicants): Some got that exact question, tell me about a recent deal, plus a trend you are noticing in the markets. Others had two first round interviews and two superday interviews, all with analysts and associates.
