[Collection] Vintage watches from a woman’s collection

Almost a year ago I bought my second watch from an auction. A non-running Jaeger-LeCoultre Triple Date Moonphase. Was it a smart move for a watch beginner? Probably not, but I got lucky and I am super glad I did. After a full service from an independent watchmaker it has become my daily wear and it's just so beautiful. Just look at that moonphase!

Of course I kept on scrolling and that rabbit hole led me to another piece, on Vinted of all places. A Corum Lion Heart. When it arrived on its original strap it smelled like cigars. I think it was truly a gents watch before I got it.

Two very different watches, but I love them both! Turns out I like (subtle) two tone watches that are also kind of odd. Funny enough, neither has a seconds hand, which is a tad ironic because I actually enjoy watching a hand tick or sweep around. The next one, for sure, must have a seconds hand.
