How are you guys avoiding fees when withdrawing money from the BioLife card? I haven't done it yet and the website isn't telling me what the fees are for everything. Do you have to use certain ATM's or are there ways to transfer it to a bank account without fees?
I finally got to donate for the first time after being deferred for my heart rate! :) It was mostly smooth, didn't even really feel bad after or anything. I found the donating process easy. However, when it finished collecting my blood and it started doing the whole saline & return part, I started shaking really badly in my chair. The saline made me a little cold but I warmed up quickly, and yet I was still shaking like crazy from head to toe when my blood was being returned. I want to say it happened for 5-7 minutes straight before it stopped. The workers were very understaffed when I went so nobody noticed and I didn't get a chance to ask as I was being rushed out. Anybody know if this is nornal? Do I need to do something differently next time to prevent it?
So I know everybody has been having issues with FA this semester, but I am getting concerned about it. It's supposed to cover my tuition and part of my housing, but my housing payment is due this Friday and I cannot pay the full amount for it (only the amount I'm expecting to pay after FA). Should I just pay the difference or what? Will there be a fee because FA is late?? I'm confused and I'm not really sure what to do since FA usually takes over before the housing payment is due. ☹️
I ordered both a lab coat and goggles for my lab the first day of class. Supposedly I pick them up from the Chemistry building this week or next week only...but they both say pending fulfillment. Are they actually gonna come in time for my lab in a week or?? And if they don't come in the pick-up timeframe they have listed how tf am I supposed to get what I ordered?
